How fast does my order start?
Most services start within minutes. Each service shows its average start time before you order.
How do I pay?
Add funds to your wallet with Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD, naira only), then pay for orders from your wallet.
What if my order fails or only part is delivered?
If an order fails or never starts, the full amount goes back to your wallet. If only part is delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Can followers or likes drop?
Some drop over time is normal. Pick a service marked "Refill Guaranteed" if you want drops topped back up.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
Wallet funds are for orders on zzyboost and can't be withdrawn as cash. See the Refund Policy for details.
How does the referral bonus work?
